Our driver diagram reflects our current best understanding of what can be done to improve the climate in graduate education and therefore increase the number of UR graduate students and postdocs interested in and prepared for faculty careers.

From left to right is the overall goal of the grant, the main reasons thought to impact UR graduate students’ interest in faculty careers, where those impact factors occur, and finally what interventions can help.
